SUMMARY

Customer Dynamics is seeking an inContact Implementation Manager, who will be a “trusted implementer” for our inContact and Microsoft cloud integration solutions. This is a true hands-on opportunity for someone looking for an opportunity to gain both business and technical consulting experience and while helping our customers realize the benefits moving their Contact Center systems into the Cloud.

Keys to Success

The following are minimum requirements for this position:

  • 1-3 years of implementing Call Center technologies including call flow & routing, IVR/ACD scripting and Dialer products.
  • 2-5 years working in an implementation capacity with technical and business customers
  • Must possess strong inter-personal relations and excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and positive-spirit - confident without arrogance
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - will do what it takes to get the job done
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Math, Information Management, Computer Science or related field

 

Highly Desired Qualifications

(nice to have but not required)

  • Call Center management and domain experience
  • inContact Central and inContact Studio Experience
  • Technical configuration or development experience with Enterprise software such as ERP or CRM systems
  • Experience working with Microsoft Sharepoint
  • Experience working with Microsoft Lync or Skyp 4 Business
  • 1-3 years of ASP/.NET experience (C#, VS.Net, XML, Web Services, etc)
