When training is conducted during the initial stages of an implementation, it provides our customers with an opportunity to re-evaluate their current procedures and practices and explore new methods of managing sales, marketing and customer service processes. Microsoft Dynamics CRM has been developed with today’s best practices in mind, and has been integrated with Microsoft’s productivity tools that you are already familiar with, such as Microsoft Office Outlook and SharePoint. This offers your organization many new options for integrating CRM functions into the common business processes people are already familiar with.



Customer Dynamics offers training for end users across all CRM related disciplines including sales, marketing, customer service, executive reporting, and IT administration. Customer Dynamics offers the option of receiving training services either on-site at your facility or online over the internet. But in either case, our training is conducted by a Microsoft Certified specialist with over 10 years of experience. And we work to customize your training to your specific needs and requirements.



We offer a complete on-site training package for $3,995. Including:

  • End user training for up to 15 people (10 hours)

  • Admin training for up to 2 people (6 hours)
