The CRM Technical Specialist is a critical role that contributes towards successful CRM implementations through demonstrated technical expertise. This is a true hands-on opportunity for someone looking to gain both business and technical consulting experience, while helping our customers obtain tangible ROI from their new CRM System.
What you need to apply (required):
- B.S. degree in Math/Science/Computer Science or related field
- 3-5 years of database architecture/design with Microsoft SQL Server
- Analysis and requirements gathering, architecture and application development
- Knowledge of Agile programming methodologies
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
What we’d like to see (preferred):

- Report writing with SSRS or Crystal Reports

Senior Microsoft CRM Consultant

The Consultant must possess a balance of strong interpersonal skills with exceptional technical knowhow. This position is suited for a well-rounded technical resource that would be able to focus on improving business processes, effectively apply development methodologies and tools, manage complicated projects and understand the needs of our clients from upper executives to sales and service personnel. Candidates with experience in Manufacturing, Finance, Professional Services or Call Center industries are highly desirable.
What you need to apply (required):
- B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8 years or more of experience in development and delivery of business solutions on a CRM platform; Experience in Microsoft CRM preferred
- Working experience with Windows Server operating systems and client-server environments
- Knowledge of JavaScript/VBScript
- Knowledge of Web Development (SOAP, Web Services, ASP, .NET)
- Knowledge of Exchange 2003 / 2007
- Must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects and rapidly changing priorities

CRM Technical Field Sales

The key responsibility of this position is to accelerate sales of Microsoft CRM and related consulting services by uncovering opportunities and securing sales with new and existing customers. This position will consult with executives in small to midsized businesses regarding CRM solutions, set appointments, develop solutions and perform a CRM demonstration to ultimately close the sale.
What you need to apply (required):
- Minimum of 3 years in software sales selling CRM/ERP systems with consistent quota attainment
- Minimum of 3 years in consultative sales
- Strong technical background in Microsoft products
- Must have a proven sales record and strong ability to close a sale
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills; Fluent in English
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

What you will be doing: (responsibilities)
- Manage and support all aspects of solution sales cycles – identify and qualify opportunities, develop product/customer value propositions and negotiate pricing-contracts for existing and new accounts
- Present and conduct workshops that discuss CRM product capabilities in the context of solving specific customer business problems
- Team with other internal resources to provide complete solutions for customers' business requirements
- Manage administrative responsibilities of the role and comply with reporting requirements related to territory development, sales pipeline-forecasts, status reports and competitive data
